Bug description: I think it has to do with Focused rage stacks, i don't know if it ever works with 3 focused rage stacks.

Warbreaker applies CS on the target -> you will get Shattered Defense as well. What are you trying to show in the video?

Shattered Defenses works properly. You deal the same damage because you get the buff from both Warbreaker and Colossus Smash.
