Are you sure that you have 5.4.8 wow client?
a) if no, you have to download it.
b) if yes, download Freakz Launcher:
https://www.wow-freakz.com/wow/548/wow_freakz.zip

and copy content of it to your wow folder.

You most likely don't have our launcher, redownload it as sheLbyPL

I have a problem with my wow. I can't run Wow.exe i have the run the wod graphic pack for it to work

Normal WOW.exe does not work but the patched one with graphics work.
