Bug description: Last week i did M13 HoV if i remember correctly ,but got depleted. Finished it though. This week i couldn t open the chest. Made a ticket and someone said it is not possible because all my mythics were completed... Looking for what happened.

There is no problem with weekly chests.

Do mythic dungeons and you can get loot from chest on friday.
