I opened my weekly best chest ( Mythic 13 ) and had that Band of the Triumvirate in it with Artefactpower and another key. I was able to loot the Artefactpower and the key, but the ring didnt wanted to loot. So I closed the loot window to reopen the chest. The chest dissapeared and respawned after 20min. The ring was gone.
The ring was Mythic 13 ( No titanforged or Warforged but it had a socket slot )
