Bug description: I know that there was posted a bug for Sha of Violence, but I saw nothing for ragnaros. I killed both Ragnaros and Sha of Violence and I've got nothing for the quest.

abandon the quest amd take it again...to kill ragnaros is not an objective anymore. and sometime an objective can be completed but it may appear like incompleted, is just a visual bug

This might be a visual bug indeed. I just tested and it works fine.
Abandon the quest and redo. Turn it, no matter if its says its incomplete.
