Winter Veil Gourmet Is bugged as well, i've made Gingerbread Cookies and it didn't count them in the achievement progres.

Winter Reveler's are i believe invisible, since on NPC Finder you can see them and they are alive, but when you go to the zones they are not there. So you can't kiss them and you can't get Mistletoe, Handful of Snowflakes and Fresh Holly so you cant' do following achievements:

Let it Snow
