Bug description: After you relog or u get disconnected your current progress on world quest for factions resets. When you go to turn in you have the ? but complete button is greyed out.
I got this after a disconnect. After relog the progress loss is not instant. Check time on the videos.
The bad part is that the quest that you did do, dont get reset...which is ok
