Bug description: you can complete the world quest without having the blue sign, it was not blue was normal world quest, I knew it after I had done 3/4

Ok, is there a bug now?
You have 3/4 worldquests and do a warden quest to get 4/4, can't see a problem here.

To complete emissary quests you can do any quest labeled with the corresponding faction (or in the correct region),
it does not matter if there is a white,blue or purple sign on the quest.
