[REJECTED] Wrong RPPM values for Throne of Thunder Trinkets

Acording to this topic https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/8197741003 all of the trinkets that drop in throne of thunder should have an increased proc rate,
more specifically agility and strength trinkets should have 10% more procs and intellect and spirit ones should have 5% more.
Acording to the Freakz website those changes had not been implemented.

Rune of Re-Origination has ~1.1 procs per minute.
Acording to the wowhead database

Rune of Re-Origination should have 1.24 procs per minute.
Please look into it because some of the classes in the game still need those trinkets.

This was implemented by the end of MoP and we currently don't have any plans of changing it on Freakz.
