Bug description: When i log in, I get yellow letters in my screen saying XP rate x3, but when i look in my account i have it set on x10 (Server default). I also changed it to an different amount, saved, and put it back to x10 thinking it might got reset or something. but after that i logged in again and its still saying x3, when completing quests ( level 103 ) atm it doesnt feel that its x10

Correct up to 90 its x 10 > dreanor x5 and legion x3
