Well, x2 rates for mop content is too high, i think you should to put rates x1, because i complete 25% of quests in Jade forests (gj for quests freakz staff) and i Get 89 level, in that way a lot of players will have troubles with quests zones, and they will not see all the job that you've done with quests...

think about it...

If you take a better look on the website you'll see that there is a 5x rate at the moment.
If you take a better look at where you posted you can find that this is nowhere near a valid bug report.
