while in flight form stripped herbs, at which time it will always fit flight ,
even if they attack the monsters you will not be short nor interrupt the casting .
Is this part of the way the flight or is an error or bug?

It's working as intended.
If you get hit by a monster there is a chance that the attack brings you in human form but not always.
