Bug description: adventure guide is not working on my char and its level 110 it says this feature's not yet availabel ,i tried unstuck and nothing

The adventure guide will automatically get unlocked once you complete Surfang's Blessing. #horde
(Where kings walk if you are ally)
If you manage to complete those quests and the adventure guide is still not opened, just simply relog, it will work

i looked everywhere for that quest and didnt find it and i dont have it on my quest log

Open a ticket ingame and a GM will give you the quest.
