[REJECTED] artifact qest not working

Bug description: I finished the first scenario to go to skyhold ( warrior class hall ) once upon arivan i could not turn in the qest and carry on to talk to odyn so i can get my artifact weapon qest line / scenario . so far i cant jump to skyhold from dalaran and i cant pretty much do anyhting acsept qest without the weapons and when i want to go to skyhold i eighter need 2 do the scenario again or i need to make liek 20 tickets ingame . please help me out in obtaining the weapons needed to continue lvling / progressing .
