[REJECTED] cache of nightborne treasures giving NH normal item

Bug description: during the "fixes rollback" on saturday 20.01.2018, me and several fellow guildies claimed this as a reward from the weekly emmisary of war quest and this chest gave NH normal items (average 875 ilvl), while my other char and other guildies who claimed the reward before the fixes rollback and after the fixes are applied again got NH heroic items (average 890 ilvl),

is this intended or not? if it was a bug, can i have my nh normal item ( the one from the chest) be upgraged to NH heroic item?

I think we are a loot of people with same problem
Upgraged to NH heroic item or take back a chest (for have a new chance to open) should be a good opportunity

That would be nice, i also didn't thought they took around 5 weeks of fixing out

@Labush: first link - topic rejected without any info is there any chance for converting norm items to hero, second link - topic rejected couse its not possible to recover dung/myth/raid/chest gear...

Might of krosus trinket dropped for me but it was 885 +10 from warforging.So after upgrade it should be 890 by default and 10 from warforging that means 900.Its a huge upgrade for me.I hope u upgrade my trinket.Thank you

Well,its been 11 days but no one responded to this bug I am writing this to draw their attention on item upgrade cuz when I see ppl getting hc from chest that makes me angry.Please gm fix thank you.
