[REJECTED] can not progress in legion did not receive any quests when i entered Dalaran

Wowhead quest link: i do not know what the questline is called
WoW Freakz quest link: i do not know what the questline is called
Bug description: when i arrived in dalaran for the first time i was only given the dalaran hearthstone and i was neven given any questlines to start at dalaran so i was not able to start my artifact questline and i am not stuck and cant go any farther in legion my guild (Night Watch) told me to post here and wait after trying to relog multiple times and nothing happened
