Bug description: hello i ended the war compaign quests but still i cant talk with genn greymane also i cant talk with halford wyrmbane to start zaldanar quests the scouting map isnt working

Hello,

You have to finish The War Cache in order to continue your war campaign. This quest is already in your quest log.

About the Scouting Map. In order to be able to use it you have to finish your current zone, in your case Stormsong Valley, proceed to do the quest Share the Wealth in order to advance further with it.
