[REJECTED] character boost didn't give items

Character name: Hinazuki
Bug description: I used yesterday boost on my pandaren monk lvl around 30. I got lvl 110 but nothing else like bags/mount/eq (or even teleport to Orgrimmar/Stormwind) and I was still on wantering isle (there's no mailbox or flight master). Ok, maybe I had to finish chain to choose my side. I was trying to continue it but meanwhile server crashed (around 6PM). Then I logged again and continued questline. After some quest I relogged and I was able to choose my side without finishing questline so I have chosen Horde. Then I got my teleport near Orgrimar and I rushed to mailbox to get my items from boost. Sadly I saw nothing except wrapped gift from Rhonin which you get after reaching 110lvl. I tried to relog but it won't give anything back to my mailbox. I'm really dissapointed because of this happening to me. I tried item recovery from website but it says "there are no items to be recovered". I want my items from boost and since recovery topic is locked I can do nothing. :/ What is more I checked my other low character on the same acoount if I can get boost. After talking to event NPC I have dialogue option to get it (not used ofc). I was just curious but I think it's worth mentioning here.
I talked about it with one helper and wrote ticket about this problem. The helper said to write post on item recovery today but it is still locked so only this forum fit to my problem.
I'm not realy sure if screen shows someting but I don't have other :/

Can you check if your gear arrived now ? Also, see if you still have the option on other chars.

Yes. I still don't recieved my gear and also option is avaliable on other chars.

It looks to be an isolated case, delete your pandaren monk and create a new one - then use the boost again. (110 characters are not saved atm)

If you press ESC while it asks you to choose a faction, you'll have to relog to trigger that interface again.
