Bug description: The quest lines regarding shadowfang keep quest for lvl 20 where you get items from shadowfang keep to receive a special crafted item are not available or accessable from the respective class trainers for shamans and monks and possibly for other classes of characters I don't have. I have created tickets around the matter but I was told to report the bug here. I would like to ask if you could please fix this quest chain availability bug for all classes? And also the drop rate of silverlaine's crystal (i think that's the item name) for the mage version of the same quest chain, please?
