Bug description: frost dk artifact passive crystalline-swords does not stap the enemy (no Damage) That is so obvious

I swear to god I am usually a nice and friendly person, but you come here, tell me that it does not work (which then I test AND IT DOES: http://imgur.com/a/eGdK3), and your only proof is that "that is so obvious", and you expect me (or maybe not, at this point I don't really care) to talk to you calmly and explain it to you that you are wrong in a nice manner.
