Bug description: Caracter bugged

Caracter name: Hunzoo
My caracter bugged my items from weekly chest deleted for 2 weeks and my keystone same
for example when i log in im in dalaran and i go to suramar when i relog i go dalaran again lol
i delete my cache file wtf file and re dl wow not work
Help me for this bug
2 month before i got delete items too
help me pls tnx
