Descrierea bugului / Bug description: nu da heal cat ar trebui... 10% din direct heal + 1,25% din fiecare point de mastery... 10 % din 21k e 2100 + din 18 mastery cat am ar mai trebui sa iese inca 22.5 % ar fii 32.5% heal din spell ceea ce sigur nu da

s-a reparat acel bug intre timp
si da confirm nu tine cont de mastery

La sistemul de mastery acel +8 base mastery e de fapt valoarea de baza a spellului si e valabil la toate, nu doar la priest holy
