Bug description: I didn't do the quest of the eye beam and i didnt got it. I am lvl 110, and i ask is there any way i can have the eye beam without doing any risk to my hero

mind name topic correctly? something like "[demon hunter][havoc]missing eye beam"? can you give more information? does changing specs to vengance and back gives you eye beam back? Did you made a transfer or something? may be missed any start zone quests somehow?
