[REJECTED] fate favors us[44226] not working right

Bug description: there is no command or button or anything to place a work order for a seal of broken fate and also i have seal of broken fate but i cant comeplete quest

In order to complete the quest, you have to, as the quest itself says, place a work order and obtain a seal of broken fate. The seals you obtained previously won't count for the quest. Also, you can't obtain more than 3 seals of broken fate per weekly reset.
Next thing is, you need to have this researched at your class hall upgrades NPC Loramus Thalipedes. After you have that researched, you will be able to place a work order at Seer Aleis.
