Descrierea bugului / Bug description:

i want to learn field repair BOT 74A in engineering from Schematic: Field Repair Bot 74A which is a scroll found on floor behind Golem Lord Argelmach in blackrock depths.
Normally when I click on scroll i must learn it but it is bug and nothing happen.

I ticket this bug, a GM ask me to message him when I come ol\online and show him the scroll, another GM told me post here so i did it.
please help me and fix this bug.
