secont time i posted this bug ,atleast test the set and then reject me u can see there, its not working.

If you would like us to consider your bug report as valid please submit it under the appropriate section (CLASS/SPELLS/TALENTS), providing detailed bug description (how the spell should work, some recount/logs/videos from retail) and not just the screenshot where the spell is doing 2.5% of your total DPS.
I will close this current topic as REJECTED, however I'm looking forward for you to make appropriate report.
