[REJECTED] having many problems unlocking guardian hidden appearance

Bug description: hello, i already made a post about this and a helper tried testing the bug on the test realm.For him it was working on the dev realm and he closed my topic, so thats why im opening another one. So yesterday i spent hours doing dungeons to unlock the ''might of the grizzlemaw'' hidden appearance brown colour. The tooltip says as following:''complete 10 legion dungeons using a challenging appearance, complete the quest ''the highlords return'')

I completed all the dungeons on heroic and mythic difficulty on broken isles plus i did seat of the triumvirate,karazhan,violet hold and cathedral of eternal night….

So after doing about 15 different dungeons the colour tint still didnt unlock on my character ( i donated for the white mage tower guardian appearance.) for the helper it worked out fine but for me its still not unlocked…?

Even tried writing some tickets but the gm helping me said i need to complete the quest called ''balance of power'' which is absurd since the requirement to unlock the brown bear reads something completely different.

To add more information: yesterday i also received the acheivement that i unlocked all my hidden appearances?

IF it's true i need to complete the quest called ''balance of power'' which i doubt, could it be fixed? because i tried starting the aszuna questline and even at the first quest that makes you fly to aszuna its bugged. I was thinking i perhaps need to do the mage tower on this character too (did it on my other druid) in order to make it work but i doubt it.

i've come to the point where its becoming incredibly frustrating and i dearly hope you can fix it (perhaps manually give me the appearance ''might of the grizzlemaw'' brown tint)
because i spent so much time in it already and its driving me nuts!

hope i provided as much details as possible,im sadly no able to provide screenshot evidence of me owning the achievement but if you look me up on the armory you can see it there!

P.S i noticed you can no longer see the achievements gained in the armory
From the appearances due to high activities in dungeons, however im sure devs/gms can see i completed them ingame.

Are you in any way able to provide the screenshot of your apperance sections of your weapon?

as you can see i've unlocked the white bear but i should have the brown one too now (tint4)

plus proof i have the corresponding achievements!
