Bug description:

the prices of all heirlooms are wrong a lot of them are double of what they should be

you are also using the prices of upgrades from patch 7.2.5, that upgrade weapons to lvl 110

Proof:

this summarizes all whats wrong with the prices, from when collections were introduced to 7.2.5
and mind you, the prices didnt change from patch to patch

also, to the people that got heirlooms from the shop to lvl 85

they should be replaced with the ones that go into the collections tab with upgrade 1/2

Actually they did some price changes or something, don't know when, but: most item data is read from wow client files (all items are already stored there by blizzard), and, for example this item https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=122379 (which costs 1000g on our server and 500g on retail 7.2.5) has this data in DB



BuyPrice = 10000000 (amount is in copper, to turn it into silver do 10000000 / 100 = 100000 and then to gold 100000 / 100 = 1000 gold). We didn't set these prices, blizzard did. They updated it, but no idea when and if we should manually change these prices or not

come on, make your server more client friendly and change the prices

remember we gotta recruit people and make it easy for them to stay

Please fix the prices. They're just too high. Whether they were set manually or not, they aren't supposed to be that high for patch 7.1.5- we need the lower prices. It makes the realm more appealing to new players as well.

so i dont know if you are playing dumb or what, but here is what Estelle Gendry sells



this item Timeworn Heirloom Scabbard was introduced in patch 6.1 and it costs 5.000 gold. this item upgrades weapons from lvl 90 to 100

what you are actually charging for is the item Weathered Heirloom Scabbard this item was introduced in patch 7.2.5

that item upgrades weapons from lvl 100 to lvl 110 and thats the one that costs 7.500 gold, and that you can not offer in an server that claims to be 7.1.5

if you are getting the prices from some data mined files, I hate to be the one to point out that not all data mined info is actually put forth in the patch



now, if you want further proof your prices are totally jacked up, here

should be replaced with the ones that go into the collections tab with upgrade 1/2 as Tattered Dreadmist Mantle

as clearly stated here

You're taking this too personal, I simply said BRING PROOF instead of "trust me it's bugged I know better", this is how the bug report works, calm down please. I will check the proof you posted and if it's valid will change the prices
