Bug description: there is a problem with bm hunter critical chance modifiers.
when i use "thrill of the hunt" talent it doesn't affect the critical chance and when using "aspect of the wild" it also doesn't change the critical chance
which leads to a problem with proc chance of "Wild Call" passive

Spells work as intended.

Thrill of the Hunt and Aspect of the Wild are whitelisted which means they are not shown in the character Panel but they do work as intended.
