so in these pictures you can see that volley crit did more damage on my mm spec with 1 trait than my bm spec with 39 traits and according to this https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/20457825/patch-notes-world-of-warcraft-patch-7-1-5

Bm hunter volley should deal 50% more damage than other spec


i also went into modifiers of that spec and 50% of bm is there but i tried it several times and my mm does more volley damage than my bm

I assume since your main is BM, you actually stack mastery. Volley is affected by Marksmanship mastery, as it is a focus spending spell. So that is why it deals higher damage on MM even though BM has 50% buff for it.

Update: I checked your armory, there's literally only one item where you don't have mastery, so yeah.
