[REJECTED] [hunter][pvp] Spirit bond heal in pvp vs out of combat heal

Bug description: When pvping, getting in combat with other players, the amount of heal per spirit bond tick reduces to half, as opposed to what it ticks out of combat. PVP power affects only pvp, and not mobs, and even if the bonus healing doesn't work, it still doesn't explain why out of combat(when, for pvp, pvp power doesn't take effect), ticks are higher, and when pvping, in combat with players, ticks are lower, even with the bonus healing from pvp, working or not. It should at least be constant, like the healing done out of combat, if no reduced healing effects are on the hunter. The exact thing happens in full pve gear. Out of combat ticks are higher, in combat with players(only), ticks are lower. It is also important to mention that this happens without having any reduced healing effect on the hunter, in both cases. This is huge in pvp.
