Bug description: i don;t have the quest to get artifact knowledge 15 , i even asked some of my guild mates to log in on my account to see what i did wrong and no one knows what happens and why i don't have the quest

small update : someone responded to my in-game ticket and he/she told me to do the 3rd relic chainquest ,finished it and i still don't have the quest for the artifact knowledge ,to get to 15
