Bug description: i was leveling a new hunter ( alliance ) after i reached lvl 110 i bought by my warlock ( horde ) artifact knowledge note compendium that makes the artifcat knowledge instant lvl 10 for alt and i sent it to my alt after that i went to the npc in my class hall but i can find the quest knowledge is power just the other quest hitting the book please help so i can buy the rest 5 lvls to make it 15 fast so i can start my artifact reserch with hitting the book quest.
