Bug description:

[Kam Xi'raff] problem is it doesn't work increased by 1 sec per ally affected by your Atonement.

Equip:Using Light's Wrath reduces the mana cost of your damaging spells by 75% for 1 second, increased by 1 sec per ally affected by your Atonement.

need check and fix.

For my disci the legendary works perfectly fine.
Keep in mind that it only works with real atonements not fake ones.

i just test for friendly npc and use Atonement on them. so it seems only work for friendly Players.

Ye you can't test atonement mechanics with friendly NPC.
Light's wrath is scripted to only use atonement on player for it's dmg calc and legendary.
