Bug description: The bug is in changing forms. If you leave cat form, maximum energy is back to 100, for example:

If you have 180/200 energy in cat form and wants to avoid some boss tactic so you go to bear form, and get back to cat form, you will lose 80 energy. It's so bad. And feral starts with bloodtalons, so i have to cast regrowth before going to cat form but with this bug i have to wait few seconds for energy to restore from 100 to 200. So I have to cast regrowth, go to cat and wait energy to be on maximum ( 200 ).
Proof:
I know we have small gropu of feral druids on the realm but this is a really issue for every feral with this legendary and it will be nice to be fixed. Some guy posted topic about this and noone did nothing for 252 days.
