WoW Freakz link: its general bug
Bug description: today my key was +17 dht i demote it for +10 dht so i able help to farm ap i getting you have entered too many instances im not able to join dht atm to do my key .. or any dungeons

This is something that happens when you, as it says, enter too many instances in a short period of tine. You get locked on a account-wide basis but the lock goes away in an hour.

The cooldown for instances is 10 dungeons per hour and it's account wide. That's why you can't enter them. It will go away in an hour.
