One question, are you trying to log in using your e-mail or the name you gave as username when you registered ?

Well, it's actually really weird that you have this problem. I never had it before, maybe one of the GMs can help you by giving you some kind of email with your acc info.

Also, do you get the same error when using only the username? Because as I saw before it seems like that error is related to the email (using google translator

).
