[REJECTED] lost item after server crash !!!

Item Name & ID: Faulty Countermeasure (vault of the wardens - ash'golm)

Details: (optional) Am intrat in class-hall-ul paladinului pt a-mi lua reward-ul din cufar, am primit un mythic keystone si trinket-ul ce tocmai l-am mentionat mai sus. Specific ca era 875 titanforged, iar cand am dat click pe el pt a-l pune pe mine a picat serverul, m-am conectat imediat dupa ce serverul a fost restabilizat ins atat keystone-ul cat si trinketul fusesera "sterse". Ora serverului era 7:45, moment in care acesta a picat.
vreau sas tiu daca se mai poate face ceva pt a putea recupera acel item.
