Dalaran Scroll work's he give's a message with the number, that's a anagram, so i know that i need to go to ulduar and kill the XT-002 Deconstructor, in order to show the lever but i dont see it , i saw https://youtube.com/watch?v=jaB1rlzEb9Q:
