Bug description: mark of honor reward missing from quests and battlegrounds
Proof: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=47148/something-different - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=38923&&name=ashran-dominance etc. quests are missing so its imposible to gain mark of honor to get old pvp gears for transmog.
