Bug description: Item should drop from Maw Of Souls (normal or Heroic ) from Helya for the quest for black smithing "Maw of Souls: Hammered By The Storm" but nothing drops ,tried alot

I can confirm that the item does not drop. Tried MoS normal, hero, mythic0, mythic++ many times. nothing happened. Item should be personal loot with high chance of drop. Please fix, without professions working, obliterium forge is useless.. thanks a lot in advance -
