Bug description: dmg doesnt seem right, With 34k agi 40 crit 40 mastery 8 versa the dmg fof with serenity on only can hit 1.1m when crit and full buff tansfer the power 30% increse dmg fof+ 3 relic increase dmg FoF +8 stack hit combo.54 trait.

Well. using your data:
5.25 (coeff) * 34k (AP) * 1.4 (mastery) * 1.08 (versa) * 1.3 (transfer the power) * 1.16 (8 stack of hit combo) * 1.3 (30% bonus from Fists of the Wind) * 1.4 (serenity) = 740k
If you crit, that's 1.481M damage, but since it's physical, it gets reduced by armor, and it becomes 1.03M damage. Now if you add the WW passive (which is 8% damage bonus), you get to 1.1m.

I don't really think there is any issue whatsoever with FoF
