Bug description: hello we just go inside dungeon put the key and there was no add to kill theere was nothing even timer dont show up what shoud i do now it is good key i dont want it get depleted its my frist +15 key my character name is etna

That happened because you did that dungeon before.

You need to reset the instance (remake the party / change to heroic then change to mythic)
