Bug description: trait doesnt proc after i use colosus, i should get buff

From my testing, it does proc, you just don't see the buff. It's easy to confirm by checking your crit % on details/recount/skada.

It should not be in buffs as a visual aura to see thats being applied, after I used the Colossus Smash my Execute/Mortal Strike did 32% more dps.
