The quest works, it has been completed by 11432 players @ Warsong.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to log out completely, delete the cache folder found in your main World of Warcraft folder and try taking the quest.

I would just double-check a YouTube video, just to make sure I am trying to get the quest from the correct NPC.
