Bug description: reporting player for language/content in game

When you use the right click drop down menu on a player in chat to report for language (mainly for the content of what they are saying e.g. talking about rape or pedophilia being good) the report system says that it is not available. The report player for spamming does work though.

Could you please try to give this some attention.

Yes, I know that there is a report player forum with the link available from the help menu but it is not as expedient and a lot of players do not know that it is there. It also removes the anonymity for the reporter. While I am happy for the GM's to know that I am reporting someone I do not want someone who thinks rape is OK knowing that I reported them for my own safety.
