omg yeah. i'm new so didn't actually saw that wtf. but anyway. i am friendly with dreamweavers ...but i did all the quest except the last one. is that normal?

and the ones that pop up while you walk. I feel its quite weird plus the quest itself is odd its showing completed friendly reputation with zones that i'm neutral with. and not completed with zones that i'm friendly with.
