Bug description: since i'm not the only one that for 2 months haven't got a single weekly chest item i would make a request in name of everyone that is phased and can't get it we would like to get a weekly chest at dalaran near the already done artifact class hall pearl near the fountain, this isn't really a solution to the phase problem but at least we can continue playing don't you think? also i don't think it can cause problems for anyone.

That's not how phasing works.
Rejected, it works fine.

Do your class hall quests in order to unlock it.
