Bug description: Bosses Moroes and Viz'aduum the Watcher doesnt drop the required items:
- Bag of a Thousand Pockets
- Fel Sinew Bag
Proof: the two items is supposed to have a drop rate of 100% and yet It didn't come out after 5 attempts in Heroic and Mythic mode

Confirmed. Neither Mythic or Heroic wont drop the quest item.

Both items have a 100% drop chance. Check:
