Bug description: the right half of bindings of the windlord is not drop able for outlaw rogue. as you can see i have more than 130 vault of wardens run. its 100% not dropable for outlaw rogue

https://www.wowhead.com/item=139468/bindings-of-the-windlord#comments the droprate of this specific item is 1.05%. I can confirm it drops but because it's a 1.05% rate it takes a few runs, keep going and you'll get it eventually

The dropchance was recently implemented / fixed and set to 5% as you can see on our database. So with that, it doesn't mean that the overall number of your runs in VotW is a result after the fixes were impemented. That number also is a sum of mythic + and heroic runs (indicating that the item won't drop in mythic + anyway). So please be patient and continue farming it as it only comes down to persistence and rng.
